Welcome to Brighton Streets Goes Digital. By using our website or engaging in our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We provide marketing and digital services, which may include social media management, content creation, advertising, branding, strategy consulting or what we have agreed in a contract. The scope of services will be outlined in your proposal, package, or invoice.
2. Payments
Clients will be invoiced for services as agreed.
A percentage of the total service fee, to be agreed upon, is payable at the time of agreement.
Services may be paused if payments are late or outstanding.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for any reason, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, or early termination of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients agree to:
Provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
Communicate promptly and clearly throughout the project.
Understand that delays in feedback or materials may affect project timelines but will not affect payment obligations.
5. Results Disclaimer
We will always act with professional care and use best practices to help you achieve your marketing goals. However, marketing results (including engagement, leads, sales, or reach) depend on many factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or performance levels.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and content created remain our property until full payment is received.
Once payment is made in full, ownership or usage rights of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client as agreed.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private. We will not disclose any sensitive client data, business strategies, or materials without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Some services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google, Canva, Pinterest, etc). I’m not responsible for downtime, errors, account issues, or policy changes from these external providers.
10. Cancellations
If a client wishes to cancel services, written notice is required. No refunds will be provided for deposits or payments made prior to cancellation. Any remaining unpaid balances for completed work up to the cancellation date will still be due.
By engaging our services or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
